Manage end-to-end indirect procurement operations across multiple spend categories, including sourcing, vendor selection, contract negotiation, and cost benchmarking to support CHANEL’s strategic objectives. • Play a pivotal role in coordinating cross-functional projects involving legal, finance, compliance, and workplace services to streamline procurement strategy and enhance operational efficiency. • Partner with CHANEL’s internal events and facilities teams to support high-level executive engagement operations, overseeing logistics such as security, catering, AV/tech coordination, and calendar management for senior stakeholder meetings and internal events. • Serve as primary liaison for vendor relations, building strong partnerships while managing gifting programs and procurement activities to enhance CHANEL’s internal engagement experiences. • Support the tracking and reporting of procurement and engagement activities by aligning project execution with strategic goals, ensuring a seamless executive experience with a strong customer-first approach. • Lead supplier risk assessments and NDA compliance, safeguarding CHANEL’s brand reputation and aligning supplier standards with corporate sustainability and quality benchmarks. • Collaborate with senior leadership to present KPI reporting, cost-savings initiatives, and post-event performance metrics to continuously improve operational workflows. • Support cross-functional communication and scheduling efforts, ensuring all event coordination and procurement tasks were prioritized, managed, and delivered on time. • Drive adoption of procurement systems (COUPA), integrating user feedback to improve interface usability, reporting capabilities, and efficiency across teams.
