Key Responsibilities:Oversee strategic planning, implementation, and ongoing enhancement of educational support programs and initiatives, with a focus on cultivating leadership in students, faculty, and community leaders in education. Design and execute a strategic plan for educational support and leadership development that aligns with the institution\'s mission and objectives. Independently and through delegation, develop various documents and presentation materials such as plans, proposals, policies, budgets, grant opportunities, procedures, and forms to implement and sustain services and programs. Work with faculty and staff to pinpoint and tackle academic obstacles students encounter. Develop and spearhead leadership programs that enable students to become impactful leaders. Forge partnerships with external entities and specialists to broaden leadership prospects for students. Lead the educational support and leadership development team effectively. Employ assessment techniques and leverage data to inform decision-making and enhancements. Gather and analyze data to address issues, ensure adherence to policies, and oversee program efficacy. Oversee the budget for programs, tracking allocations, expenditures, fund balances, and related financial activities to ensure accurate accounting and revenue recording.
