I’m an Accounting Advisory Senior Manager in the Commercial Controller Division at Citizens Bank, where I’ve worked since 2022. Over the past 25 years, I’ve built a diverse career across mutual fund accounting, fund administration, and financial reporting, leading teams and supporting audit and regulatory initiatives at institutions including BNY Mellon and State Street.I’m passionate about education, inclusion, and helping others grow. In addition to my full-time role, I serve as an Adjunct Professor at Holyoke Community College, teaching business courses in the Early College Program for Holyoke High School students.I earned my MBA from Simmons University and my BS in Business Administration from Stockton University. I’m currently pursuing my Doctorate in Business Administration at National University, where my research focuses on inclusive hiring practices for Autistic employees. This work is inspired by my son, Nicholas, whose experiences motivate me to advocate for more inclusive, supportive workplaces.I live in Massachusetts with my two children, Nicholas and Olivia, and our pups Anahi and Ricky.Always happy to connect about accounting, inclusive hiring, neurodiversity advocacy, higher education, or mentorship.
