Hotel Implementations- build hotel shells and ensure complete implementation and switches in the GDS, IDS and other reservation booking systems (such as Pegasus - Open Hospitality) with accuracy, efficiency and proper follow up and closure. Schedules as driven by Central Implementations timeline per hotel.Perform HOD property information audits and manual HOD updates in each system for new hotels and as requested for existing hotels.Maintain and implement system level tables in the CRS, such as destinations, chain tables etc. per PHG operating procedures as directed by Director, Reservation Database Services. Load property information into CRM and ticketing system(s) to be used for new implementation cases.
