I’m a Principal Strategic Project Manager at Evoke, a leading gaming company that brings together iconic brands such as William Hill, and Mr Green. With a focus on transformation and strategic programs across the gambling facilities and casinos industry, I specialize in delivering complex, high-impact initiatives that drive growth and ensure regulatory excellence.In my first year at Evoke, I successfully led the end-to-end delivery of our expansion into the Romanian market through the acquisition of Winner.ro, operated by New Gambling Solutions SRL. This €10.0m (£8.5m/$11.1m) deal involved orchestrating cross-functional collaboration across 14 domains and over 120 stakeholders, including commercial, legal, compliance, fraud, security, HR, brand, UX, marketing, and data migration. I worked closely with our new partner Winner, third-party platform provider Newton, payment provider Bridger Pay, and various games providers, affiliates, and SEO teams to ensure a seamless integration—delivered on time and aligned with critical deadlines.Additionally, I managed the resolution of all outstanding compliance issues across two major regulated markets, covering three brands and two platforms. This initiative was pivotal in maintaining our operational integrity and regulatory standing.Additionally, I am currently working on a Strategic initiative to consolidate all our brands and markets. This entails holding multiple workshops to define our feature and regulatory gaps, to build the MVP scope. This strategic project covers all domains within our organization. Requires prioritization across all teams to align delivery. Requires careful dependency and risk management. Working with Commercial, business and technical stakeholders to agree scope and ensure cost benefit is realized.
