I have been on the American Spice Trade Association (ASTA) managing team since October 2004. Currently, I serve as the Director of Association Services. As an essential partner to the Executive Director of ASTA and the management team, I support the ongoing execution of ASTA business, managing operational functions, association programs, and supervising administrative staff for the association.• Full-service management for the American Spice Trade Association • Management of all association operations, programs and staff support • Lead project manager for all programmatic events, including registration, exhibits and sponsorships, session development, speaker management, marketing materials, and oversee on-site operations and support staff• Oversight of budget, monthly statement of accounts, annual audit and other association financial responsibilities• Responsible for new development/content/design and relaunch of ASTA\'s Website in 2014 and again in 2024. Current role is as one of the primary administrators, content developers, and content managers• Board of Directors and committees staff liaison, and staff coordinator for ASTA’s Arbitration program
