At the Center of Neuron Engineering, Shenzhen Institute of Advanced Integrated Technology, we conduct interdisciplinary research of information and biomedical technologies (IBT). My research focus on understanding touch sense, designing and manufacturing novel touch sensors, and exploring their applications in robotics, embodied AI, biomedical devices, and energy. We have openings for postdocs and are looking for passionate and dynamic researchers with training and interests in hydrogel, sensors (touch, smell, biopotential electrode sensors, etc.), actuators (soft), biomedical devices, nanotechnology (materials and fabrication), neural engineering, flexible electronics, neuro-probe, data mining, LLM, cell biology (iPSCs), battery (LIB), H2, TENG, etc. We have openings for associate and assistant professors (with competitive startup packages) and are actively searching for dynamic and ambitious young researchers. We also have openings for engineers and technicians with trainings listed above.
