ABOUT DELCARMISE NAPOLEON

Don’t let the music die on you.”These words by author and motivational speaker Wayne Dyer, inspired Delcarmise Napoleon to pivot careers and try something completely different. “When I heard that quote, I knew that this was something that I needed to do,” says Delcarmise. This ‘something’ was a coaching program called Step Up and Beyond that Delcarmise felt called to launch in 2020. The program and course material were born from her own life experiences including her career shifts from lawyer to teacher to nurse—and now to life coach. Delcarmise was also inspired by the teachings of Wayne Dyer, Kayne Ramsay, Jim Rohn, Abraham Hicks, among others.Born in Haiti to a large Catholic (Universal) family, Delcarmise always felt the urge to help others and to live a life of service. She became a human rights lawyer shortly after university, helping underprivileged youth navigate their way out of homelessness. Years later, she worked as a French and English teacher, sharing with her students the importance of foreign languages in a global world. Then, upon immigrating to the United States, she became a nurse, working in New York City for the past 10 years.Now, her calling is to help others who feel lost and discouraged in what they’re doing in life. Delcarmise describes her 6-week virtual coaching program as, “a GPS for people who feel stuck in life and don’t know what their purpose is.”Through a combination of accountability, encouragement, support, and a touch of tough love, Delcarmise guides individuals on their path toward discovering who they are and what they are meant to achieve.
