About Delante Fludd
It takes a village to raise a child\"- African Proverb After successfully navigating the DCPS education system, I decided to make an impact on the American education system through Human Resources Recruiting. Using my experience in Theater and Dance to unconventionally connect with talent and find the right person for the right job in fulfilling the mission of Great Minds that \"Every Child is Capable of Greatness\". My work is crucial in streamlining the duties of the Recruiting Team so that they are able to focus on bringing in top talent to the company. This leads to the development of top tier curricula proven to be effective for all learning styles in students across America. When I am not doing this, I am working on developing and strengthening my artistic skills in Theater, Dance and Visual Arts.
