My work empowers key personas—including ServiceNow Admins, Platform Owners, Product Owners, Architects, and Requestors, as well as new emerging AI personas—to boost productivity, realize tangible value from their AI investments, and drive decisions.I’ve been instrumental in shaping high-impact experiences across products such as the Virtual Assistant, the unified \"One Page\" search and conversational experience, Now Assist Analytics, and the AI Control Tower. By blending qualitative and quantitative insights, I uncover actionable opportunities that influence roadmap decisions and drive adoption across user segments.Through close partnership with design, product, and engineering teams, I ensure our solutions are not only intelligent but deeply usable and trustable, helping customers unlock the full potential of Generative AI on the Now Platform.
