Conduct in-depth research on market trends, competitor offerings, and customer feedback to identify opportunities for new features and enhancements.• Collaborate with the Product Design Team and Product Owner to define technical and business requirements for proposed features, ensuring alignment with EZFacility’s strategic goals.• Perform competitor analysis to benchmark our application and recommend differentiating capabilities that enhance user experience and value.• Translate research findings into detailed specifications, wireframes, or prototypes using tools like Miro, facilitating clear communication with development teams.• Work with stakeholders to prioritize feature development based on feasibility, customer impact, and business value.• Analyze data from internal systems, user behavior, and industry sources to support research, validate hypotheses, and assess ROI or IRR for proposed enhancements.• Develop and maintain lightweight dashboards or reports (e.g, using Tableau or Power BI) to track feature performance and inform iterative improvements.• Participate in Agile ceremonies, tracking tasks and progress in Azure DevOps, to ensure timely delivery of research-driven outcomes.• Stay ahead of industry trends and emerging technologies to keep EZFacility competitive and innovative.
