Delaney Sheehan is a Communication Studies and Fashion Marketing graduate with a social media and communications background. I am pursuing my MA in Communications and Digital Media Studies with a concentration in Social Media and Public Relations. I have a passion for learning and am highly adaptable. While I have learned and grown throughout my experiences, I remain most vital in my organizational and communication skills. As a Human Resources Senior Specialist, facilitating our weekly New Hire Orientation is one of my most enjoyable tasks. I present multiple aspects of company information, including Benefits, Policies, and internal sites for anywhere from 10 to 70 new hires weekly via Zoom. I love connecting and sharing this information with others to help start them on their best foot in their careers at NYL.
