About Delainey Boyd

I am a passionate, hardworking, and detail-oriented individual focused on supporting students and helping them achieve their goals. I have significant experience in project and budget management, state and federal policy analysis, complex communications with diverse audiences, and logistical and programmatic event planning. Originally trained as a teacher, I began my career as a scheduler and legislative assistant in Congress, working on various policy portfolios including education and children and families. In my current role at the Phi Beta Kappa Society, I am proud to manage our Key into Public Service scholarship, an undergraduate scholarship providing training and guidance to arts and sciences majors interested in public service. I also manage the Society’s advocacy portfolio, helping communicate the benefits of liberal arts and sciences education to diverse audiences. I am passionate about helping students at all levels achieve their goals by connecting them to resources, increasing access to quality schooling, and working with elected officials to support policies that benefit students and their families.
