Led the establishment of an enterprise data platform, leveraging Power BI for comprehensive visualization and analytics, alongside BigQuery integration for robust data storage and processing, streamlining reporting processes and enhancing data accessibility+Strategically leading a comprehensive security program focused on data protection, access management, regulatory compliance, and operational resilience, ensuring robust defense against cyber threats and regulatory requirements.+As the lead of the project to comply with Bill 25, I was tasked with reviewing and ensuring compliance of more than 200 applications and 60 websites. I conducted a comprehensive review to evaluate the alignment of each application with the law, managed 10 workstreams, and leveraged Varonis and OneTrust solutions to enhance visibility on unstructured data. In a fast- moving global environment, I successfully led the project by leveraging effective collaboration with third-party stakeholders. By leveraging my leadership skills and technical expertise, I not only turned around the project but also ensured compliance with Bill 25 across multiple platforms.
