As a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist, I am part of a collaborative team that contributes to the mission of Plymouth Housing by attracting, sourcing, and recruiting diverse pools of talent that meet the organization’s needs and its strategic plan goals related to diversity and hiring. Responsible for supporting and overseeing the full-cycle recruitment selection process in its entirety by working alongside hiring managers and ensuring that consistent, equitable, and non-discriminatory hiring practices are followed. We create a world-class candidate experience for all applicants to continuously deliver high-quality candidates and meet hiring goals. Developing and nurturing talent pipelines and maintaining candidate relationships for future opportunities. We provide a positive applicant and new hire welcome experience by communicating responsively and promoting Plymouth’s mission and unique culture.
