I’ve spent 30+ years in industrial automation, 14 of those at Rockwell Automation as a Field Service Rep and Technical Instructor, and the rest building Northern Dynamics into a CODESYS Systems Partner serving manufacturers across North America.We specialize in Rockwell-to-CODESYS conversions. Our Legaat software handles the bulk of the translation automatically, what used to take 6–8 weeks of manual re-coding, Legaat does in minutes. The remaining work (safety logic, communications, I/O mapping) requires engineering judgment, and that’s where our integration team takes over. Most of our clients hand us the full job: convert it and clean it up.We also design and commission control systems from scratch, PLC, drives, motion, HMI/SCADA, across automotive, steel, plastics, pharma, and packaging.
