I oftentimes get people asking for my manager/supervisor so they can give good reviews on my customer service skills and have even had feedback from a customer sent up to entire customer care department as well as the COO.Through active listening and effective communication, I have developed a deep understanding of customer needs and concerns, allowing me to provide accurate information, resolve issues with finesse, and exceed established KPIs while also striving to improve consistently.My commitment to continuous improvement is reflected in my ability to maintain accurate memos in accounts, follow-up personally on escalated issues regarding clients, and asking questions on how to move our department and the company forward in order to enhance productivity, efficiency and performance.Collaborating with cross-functional teams, I have effectively escalated calls as necessary and contributed to problem-solving initiatives, demonstrating a genuine passion for helping customers and contributing to team success.
