About Deirdre Kennedy

I am currently pursuing a Masters of City and Regional Planning with a concentration in Environmental and Land Use Planning at Cornell\'s College of Architecture, Art, and Planning (AAP). I also work with the Great Plains Institute on housing decarbonization, climate and energy planning and implementation, and engagement efforts related to those areas.I am particularly interested in environmental justice, climate resilience, and decarbonization efforts. I seek planning, design, and policy solutions that benefit both people and ecosystems by simultaneously addressing the climate crisis and creating vibrant, sustainable communities.
