I\'m responsible for program, project and resource management of revenue systems at SpecterOps.We build and maintain solutions ranging from custom workflows and data analytics dashboards to both internal and external integrations. We drive innovation in the revenue engine across our SaaS, consulting services and education divisions. In this position, my responsibilities are:• Overseeing and ensuring seamless operation of our Salesforce infrastructure and integrations.• Driving an efficient software development lifecycle by standardizing requirement reviews, coding practices, automation standards, sprint management, build processes, acceptance testing and deployments. • Creating detailed operational documents and release notifications for both technical and non-technical end users. • Collaborating with leadership stakeholders to deliver on growth strategies, while focusing on industry best practices and scalability expectations. • Investigating and resolving reported technical bugs and procedural issues in all connected tools.
