Responsibilities include: estimating all types of mechanical / plumbing / process piping projects, delivering proposals to clients and securing work; customer relations and business development; providing support to the Operations Group as needed. Previously an Assistant Project Manager, a member of the Operations Group. Responsibilities included: all administrative / paperwork functions required to facilitate project flow, contract billing, change orders, employee relations, client relations, and vendor & subcontractor relations.Originally returned to MIELKE Mechanical as the Pre-Construction Assistant, a member of the Pre-Construction Group. Responsibilities included: seeking out new opportunities with existing and/or new clients, seeking out and securing required proposals from vendors and subcontractors, and providing full support to all members of the Pre-Construction Group to ensure quality proposals were delivered on time to all clients.
