I\'m a retired SAFe Certified 6.0 Agile Product Owner (as of Feb. 17th) who, after a layoff, shifted focus to developing an ecommerce print-on-demand shop, Solulynn.com, on Shopify. I\'m currently learning backend troubleshooting and AI prompt creation, with plans to potentially pursue certification in AI bot development. Previously, I was employed full-time at FIS as a Product Owner with a dedicated team comprised of a Scrum Master, Developers, and Test Analysts. My team successfully delivered a high-profile benefits software that has been released and adopted by at least one major company with more in UAT mode or lined up for onboarding this year. This marked a satisfying conclusion to my corporate IT career. I have a strong SDLC background, which provided me with a technical and functional knowledge. I have a passion for working on Agile projects. I am just beginning to learn about this new product, and I am already able to draw on previous life experiences and skills. How exciting. Skills: Proficient in reviewing Product Backlogs, participating in Inspect and Adapt sessions,PI Planning sessions, business meetings, working with a team, Eliciting requirements, Troubleshooting, Problem Resolution, Liaison between the Businesses and Technical teams, Process flow diagrams, Application User documentation, Quality Assurance Analyst, Project Coordinator, Software Implementation, End User Support and Training, proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
