As Director of General Contracting at Acres Enterprises, I do more than oversee projects - I help build teams, careers, and communities. With a passion for collaboration, inclusivity, and mentorship, I lead with the belief that construction is about more than structures - it’s about the people who bring them to life. With over 28 years in the industry, I’ve navigated the challenges of being a woman and an immigrant in construction, turning those experiences into strengths. Today, I’m committed to paving the way for others, mentoring women and newcomers in the industry and advocating for diversity and inclusion in every space I enter. Beyond my role at Acres, I dedicate my time to causes that matter - whether it’s leading construction initiatives for Critteraid Animal Sanctuary, mentoring aspiring construction professionals, or supporting Women in Construction initiatives to amplify underrepresented voices.
