Responsible to work with Services BDM’s (Business Development Manager) and Sales to offer Services that drive overall customer solution adoption across all HPE Juniper Networking product areas. By defining requirements from the Customer’s perspective the Solution Architect will provide customer-facing technical leadership to position Services scopes of work, technical and resource requirements, for standard and customised solutions to be delivered by Professional Services consultants working under the direction of the Project Management Office (PMO).Specific Responsibilities include: • Collaborate with Customers, Sales/SEs, SBMs (Service Business Manager), and PS BDMs to understand Customer requirements and desired outcomes to enable the development and positioning of standard or customised PS offers • Provide integration of multiple PS offers into solutions for customers • In collaboration with PS BDMs and PMO, properly scope prospective customer engagements, including development of Level of Effort (LOE) estimates, Statements of Work, Concept Proposals, service Descriptions, resource requirements, and project timelines. • Participate in the development of PS Service roadmaps to the services offered align with customer and market needs • Work with Services Marketing, PS Practices and Channel Partner management to drive the development and launch of new service offerings • Engage with Services Marketing and Global Practice Leaders to drive the development of appropriate collateral, customer references and success stories that promote the value of HPE Juniper Networking and Professional ServicesEngage with the technical community through industry events, web forums, and publications to share knowledge and evangelise HPE Juniper Networking PS services and capabilities
