In my role, I am responsible for ensuring the integration of a comprehensive diversity, equity and inclusion (DEI) vision and strategy that aligns with the organization’s strategic goals and objectives. In partnership with Executive Management I will identify and drive the integration of DEI solutions that address leadership, culture, talent, and market opportunities. As a collaborative leader, I will ensure the company vision and strategy is properly executed and communicated across all internal and external stakeholder groups and locations. Most importantly, I will function as a trusted partner and advisor across all levels of the organization and serves as a resource for management and staff in the areas of diversity, equity, and inclusion.\\\\n \\\\n\\\\n \\\\n \\\\n\\\\n \\\\n
