Responsible for the day-to-day maintenance of assigned postings, identification and sourcing of candidates through diversified means such as internet recruitment to include national websites i.e Careerbuilders; professional association websites and networking, managing the OSUMC website and posted candidates, prescreening and interviewing of candidates, attending job fairs and other miscellaneous duties as assigned. Position is managed by the Business Unit Recruiter and closely interacts with the entire Employment Team.
