I am a commercial real estate professional, with over twenty years of experience in office and retail operations, budgeting, and financial analysis. And lots of GSA experience! I have a proven track record of achievements with promotions over the course of my career, topped off by the unique opportunity to write my job description and create a new position as Vice President of Operations with Vornado. I thrive on learning and have continued to achieve designations throughout my career. My Bachelor of Arts, Bachelor of Science, and Master of Business Administration degrees gave me the business and financial foundation to hit the ground running in commercial real estate, after working in investment banking throughout graduate school.    I manage the day-to-day operations for a square foot office building in Northeast DC. The building is leased to GSA, with a single agency occupier, and owned by a large institutional investor that offers a full range of financial products and services. I am responsible for a $16 million budget, and prepare all monthly and quarterly financial reporting. I lead at team of six employees, four engineering staff, and two management support staff.
