Leading DAZN Canada\'s commercial business, she oversees the Canadian territory’s contribution margin within DAZN, the largest global sports streaming service. With deep experience in the acquisition of live and on-demand sports content and development of DAZN\'s content distribution strategy, she is responsible for commercial growth, content pricing and packaging, and rights relationships with sports properties including NFL Game Pass, UEFA, WTA and more.As Head of Business Affairs at Sportsnet, the leading sports network in Canada, I oversaw the organization’s billion-dollar sport business including commercial growth and strategic planning within its sport right portfolio that includes National and Regional NHL, Toronto Blue Jays, MLB, Toronto Raptors and NBA. I\'m a skilled negotiator in structuring agreements for media rights acquisition and distribution, sport partnerships, on-air talent, media sales. I also have deep experience commercializing social and digital content including live streaming of Hockey Night in Canada with Steve Dangle, Serge Ibaka\'s How Hungry Are You and 32 Thoughts podcast with Jeff Marek and Elliotte Friedman.I have extensive national and international sport system knowledge. I currently sit as a Vice President of FIS, the international sport body overseeing ski and snowboard globally. I am the past chair the board of Canadian Women & Sport, an organization creating a stronger, more equitable sport system for girls and women and for all Canadians. My passion for the business within sport stems back to the Olympic movement. I grew up in Red Deer, Alberta with dreams of competing at the Olympic Games. I lived my dream in both 2002 and 2006 as an Olympian in Freestyle Skiing Aerials, winning Olympic Bronze in Salt Lake City. The soft skills I learned in sport are still engrained deeply in my DNA. I love a challenge, I thrive under pressure, I am willing to think differently to find a winning edge and I consistently work hard towards my goals.
