The Assistant Residential Director is responsible for providing day-to-day services to program participants. In addition to providing direct care, this position facilitates the on-site training and supervision of staff, manages participant funds, and operational and staffing budgets. They provide assistance to appropriately plan and scheduling staff and ensures that the participants social activities and community integration is meaningful and well planned. Promotes compliance with medication management, day program, and community activities.Responsibilities include: Supervise support staff in conjunction with the Program Coordinator for all assigned shifts. Assist in the interviewing and orientation of assigned staff Participate in performance appraisals of assigned staff Instruction and/or maintenance of basic activities of daily living to residents at the home Responsible for program planning during on-duty hours, including recreational activities. Ensured that the staff completes all required documentation in a timely manner.
