I co-founded L3G Medtrics, a boutique advisory and private equity firm specializing in this field. I serve as our portfolio\'s EVP and CFO of Compass Care, a concierge geriatric care management and home health aide company.As the CFO of Compass Care, I am responsible for strategic financial planning, business analytics, cash and treasury management, and transactional assessment and due diligence. I also oversee the information technology, human resources, and legal functions of the company. I leverage my expertise in financial and statistical analyses, business process review, and key performance indicators to optimize the operational and financial performance of Compass Care and to support its growth and expansion.
