This includes building delivery operating models, improving transparency through meaningful metrics, and helping teams establish clear ways of working that support sustainable and predictable outcomes.In my current role at Allied Solutions, I support multiple data and product teams by strengthening delivery capability and helping teams build practical Agile operating models. This includes introducing delivery metrics, facilitating team operating agreements, improving backlog and planning practices, and establishing feedback loops that allow teams to continuously inspect and improve their work.Earlier in my career I led consulting delivery organizations responsible for large-scale Microsoft Dynamics ERP implementations across multiple industries and international regions. In those roles I managed global consulting teams, oversaw program delivery, partnered with executive stakeholders, and was accountable for the financial and operational success of consulting engagements.My professional foundation began in insurance operations, compliance, and business analysis, where I developed a strong appreciation for operational systems, regulatory environments, and process improvement. That experience continues to shape how I approach technology delivery today by grounding delivery decisions in operational realities and business outcomes.I care deeply about building environments where teams can do their best work.
