I help judges and court administrators in Washington State by providing consultation and advice related to judicial operations. I am responsible for the development and drafting of bench books and manuals, and the preparation of pattern forms and other materials for final publication. I research court rules, statutes and case law relative to forms, jury instructions, potential court rules, legislation and publications. I assist in the development and review of legislation for the judiciary and attend legislative hearings as required. I also respond to requests for information from judges, court personnel and other constituents regarding legal issues.
