Design and review clinical pharmacology study protocols, carry out non-compartmental pharmacokinetic analysis (NCPKA) in clinical studies using Phoenix WinNonlin. Prepare interim and final clinical study reports and provide data interpretation and guidance to study/project teams. Support clinical pharmacology and project development. Prepare regulatory submissions and documentation related to NCA and PK. Undertaking side-projects focussed on PBPK modelling of prospective compounds for aiding clinical submissions and supporting project development from preclinical stages to FTIH. Support process development and optimisation to ensure efficient workflow and collaboration between functional study teams both within the company and in collaboration with other organisations.

Senior Scientist working in the department of Clinical Pharmacology and Quantitative Pharmacology (CPQP). Developing as a Clinical Pharmacology Scientist and PBPK modeller, whilst currently working on non-compartmental analysis in all therapy areas for a modalities such as small molecules, TCEs, ADCs, cell therapies, and ASOs. Previously graduated from the MSc Model-Based Drug Development course at the University of Manchester. Dissertation project carried out on the \"Theoretical Assessment of Temporal Non-Linear Binding to Plasma and Red Cells and the Implications When These Are Ignored\". Previous work experience carrying out the logD assay and project work on Metabolite Identification (MetID) & Metabolite Generation (MetGen). Bachelors degree held in BSc Medicinal and Biological Chemistry (Hons).
