1.Regulatory Compliance & Documentation:o Preparing Annexures B&C for monthly statutory filings.o Managing Ex-Bond filing for (DTA) Reconciliation and duty mapping operations.o Ensuring timely RWC closures monthly.o Overseeing scrap disposal, filing via TR6 Challan, and processingapplicable duties.o MOOWR – MOOWR/Non-Bonded Transfer mapping documentation.o Reporting discrepancies in imported materials, arranging GR waivers,and coordinating the re-import of replacement materials.o Executing General Bond in coordination with the jurisdictionalauthorities and respective ports.2. Logistics & Import Operations:o Handling end-to-end logistics and import operations for (BOM) andconsumables.o Coordinating with forwarders for liner bond approvals and Delivery Order(DO) processes.o Managing vendor relations, negotiating pricing, and optimizingprocurement costs for shipments.o Overseeing DHL export booking orders and ensuring compliance withexport regulations.3. Warehouse & Supply Chain Management:o Processing deemed export outward documentation in compliance withregulatory requirements.o Managing OA software for procurement and warehouse budgetoperations (Capex & Opex).o Overseeing inward, outward, RGP, NRGP, DC, and E-waybill operations forefficient inventory flow.o Implementing FIFO, FEFO, and LIFO inventory methodologies to optimizematerial movement.o Handling ERP T100 posting for work orders (WO) and Finished Goods (FG)return to put away.4. Quality & Compliance Oversight:o Collaborating with IQC teams for quality inspection of incoming materials maintainingdocumentation Such as COA & MSDS.o Coordinating with OBA teams to ensure compliance in outward supplies.o Ensuring proper handling and temperature-controlled storage for coldstorage and hazardous materials.
