Project Controller / Project Manager – NextGen ProgramDriving the successful delivery of the NextGen transformation program by overseeing end‑to‑end project execution, financial governance, and cross‑functional coordination. ABOUT DEEYA CHHABRA
Deeya is a Senior Consultant at EY Canada, focusing on People and Technology transformation. She is engaged as part of the Project Management Office for NextGen (Federal Government of Canada- Dayforce Implementation), wherein she leads multiple sub-workstreams and pillars such as Resourcing, Learning and Development and Operational Readiness and Deployment. She focused on Project Management and Coordination of Dayforce Implementation Projects, along with leading and executing several internal HR and Change Initiatives. Deeya has also worked within the People Advisory Practice in the Management Consulting division. She has completed her MBA from the Goodman School of Business at Brock University, with a Gold Medal. She has worked with Hunt Partners in the capacity of an Associate, aligned to the Consumer Retail, Private Equity and Real Estate Practice. She has completed her graduation in Management Studies from R.A. Podar College of Commerce and Economics. She is inclined towards helping clients succeed, with a focus on Change Management, Strategy and Leadership Development. Deeya has been a volunteer and teaching assistant at many NGOs in Mumbai.
