Driving innovation in electric mobility, ergonomics, and sustainable engineering solutions.Innovative, research-driven, and solution-oriented, I bring expertise in mechanical engineering, ergonomics, system engineering, and electric mobility to the development of sustainable, human-centered technologies. I currently serve as a Principal Scientist at CSIR-CMERI, Durgapur, specializing in vehicle integration, traction battery pack integration and stack architecture, swappable battery solutions, electronics packaging, and hardware design. With a B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering, M.Tech in Manufacturing Systems Engineering, and Ph.D. in Ergonomics and Human Factors Engineering, I combine academic depth with practical application to create engineering solutions that are both efficient and user-focused.I have led and collaborated on multidisciplinary projects that include the design of electric tillers, drain-cleaning machine subsystems, solar cooking stove packaging, and system engineering for electric and hybrid tractors. My work also focuses on innovative agricultural machinery designs that reduce human effort, noise, and vibration through advanced ergonomics and vehicle architectures. By integrating ergonomic principles with systems engineering, I develop solutions that seamlessly merge technology, usability, and sustainability. Passionate about advancing electric mobility and sustainable machine design, I aim to deliver technologies that improve performance while enhancing human comfort, efficiency, and overall well-being.
