Design and develop a broad range of PK and ADA immunoassays on blood- and tissue-derived matrices using Gyros and MSD platforms to support early development and preclinical studies. Perform assays in an environment modeled from GLP/GCP compliance, test non-GLP samples in studies performed in-house. Perform assay troubleshooting and update assay methods. Interpret and analyze data using MSD Discovery Workbench, Gyrolab Evaluator, MS Excel, GraphPad Prism, and JMP. Record data using Dotmatics electronic laboratory notebook system. Communicate and present data to senior staff and group members in weekly team meetings.
