Senior Vice President at Fingent : I work alongside our CEO and my colleagues in the senior executive team to execute Fingent\'s strategic vision across technology and operational functions including - software development, AI, project operations, quality assurance, and people operations (HR).Background : My career in technology spans over two decades, including experience leading distributed teams across Europe, Tokyo, China, and the USA. Previous roles include driving change management initiatives at Sony Ericsson in Sweden, supporting Samsung\'s first 3G phone launch in Europe, and managing offshore teams for software development as both a client and a vendor.At Fingent: I\'ve been hands-on in Fingent\'s journey from a 15-person startup to our current scale leading various aspects of growth including - organizational architecture, establish new technology teams and support functions, and build the operational foundations that have sustained us through various business cycles. These efforts have contributed to our recognition in the Great Place to Work -Top 10 for mid sized firms.Current Work -My responsibilities include overseeing custom software development services and SaaS product development to enhance enterprise operations. A significant focus of my current work is to help organizations navigate the AI transformation—identifying high-value opportunities, developing actionable roadmaps for LLM-based agents, RAG implementations, and incorporating AI to deliver tangible ROI. I\'m also driving GenAI adoption across our organization—not just for operational efficiency, but to fundamentally reimagine how we create value, deliver services, and solve problems for our clients.My leadership approach involves actively cultivating culture supported by thoughtfully designed processes to provide necessary structure, while preserving the space to innovate, experiment, and deliver meaningful outcomes.
