About Deepti Reim

Secondary English and marketing/business teacher with diverse experience in communications, media relations and nonprofit work both in the US and abroad. I entered the world of education because I am passionate about investing in the lives of young adults, and now also focus my energy building up the teachers who serve them. I apply my real-world experience in corporate and nonprofit communications in my instructional design to better prepare students for the opportunities and challenges of the 21st century, which require global awareness as well as rigorous critical thinking, writing, collaboration, and communication skills.Areas of interest and expertise: curriculum design, professional development design and facilitation, project management and project-based learning, building real-world connections and career readiness, and helping students develop professional writing, public speaking, and critical thinking skills.
