ABOUT DEEPTI DATTA

With over five years of experience across healthcare project management and implementation, my current role as Project Manager at On Lok PACE Program focuses on improving integrated care delivery through effective change management and organizational collaboration. Previously contributed to large-scale healthcare technology initiatives at LigoLab Information System, leveraging management and organizational skills to support implementation goals. Passionate about enhancing patient outcomes and aligning healthcare solutions with organizational missions, while fostering diverse perspectives and team-driven innovation. Completed a Master’s in Healthcare Administration in 2024 to deepen expertise in healthcare operations and system improvements. My passion for women’s health is deeply personal and purpose-driven. During my time volunteering at Charlotte Maxwell Clinic, I witnessed the power of integrative care in supporting low-income women with cancer, an experience that reaffirmed my commitment to health equity. Through my Reiki certifications and 200-hour yoga teacher training, I’ve explored healing modalities that address the whole person, connecting the body, mind, and spirit. My own lived experiences have further shaped my understanding of the gaps in women’s healthcare and the urgent need for compassionate, accessible, and culturally competent support. I’m committed to being part of that change.
