After acquiring my Masters degree in Sociology from the London School of Economics in late 2006, I worked with the HR practice of the Corporate Executive Board (CEB)- a US-based advisory firm- for close to 4 years. My core responsibilities included working with clients across Fortune 500 companies and large MNCs in India, the United States, and Europe to advise them on talent management related challenges. I worked with multi-location teams and built my specialist expertise in training design and delivery, needs assessment, training impact measurement, manager and leadership development strategies, total rewards management, and talent management strategies.
