Currently working as a Learning and Leadership Secretary at Indian Prairie School District 204, I provide high-level administrative support for district-wide initiatives. I manage scheduling, budgeting, communications, and stakeholder coordination to keep everything running smoothly and efficiently. Previously worked as Program Manager and Operation Partner at Publicis Sapient, I have successfully managed end-to-end learning programs, driving engagement and alignment with organizational goals. I’ve designed and implemented communication plans to promote learning initiatives, facilitated onboarding, leadership, DE & I, mental wellness, and career development programs, and conducted data analysis to track effectiveness.
