A dynamic teacher educator with a Ph.D. in Education and over 15 years of teaching experience at PG, UG and school levels. Skilled in applying innovative pedagogical practices, integrating ICT in education, and fostering reflective practices among learners. Proficient in reporting and conducting co-curricular activities, setting academic timetables and calendars, and contributing to various committees and cells. Coordinated the Internal Quality Assurance Cell and was the Editor-in-Chief for the college e-magazine (second and third edition) at Hindu College of Education, Sonipat.
