ABOUT DEEPTHI RAYAPUREDDY

Hi! I’m Deepthi Kumari Rayapureddy, an M.Sc. Agriculture Analytics student at DAIICT (in collaboration with IIRS & AAU). I’m passionate about using geospatial technologies, remote sensing, and machine learning to solve real-world problems in agriculture and the environment.I enjoy building GIS-enabled web applications and decision support systems that help transform complex spatial data into actionable insights. My toolkit includes Python, SQL, PostgreSQL/PostGIS, QGIS, ArcGIS Pro, Google Earth Engine, and modern web GIS frameworks.Some of my projects include:• GeoInsights: An interactive LULC map viewer with region-based selection and direct export functionality.• FERTIGuide: A web-based fertilizer recommendation system integrating ML models with real-time weather and soil data.• Rainfall pattern analysis, evapotranspiration modeling, drought-prone area identification, and other spatiotemporal studies.Beyond tech, I’ve won medals in table tennis and basketball — teamwork and leadership excite me as much as maps and code!I’m actively seeking internships, research collaborations, or freelance opportunities in GIS development, remote sensing, and precision agriculture.Let’s connect and create solutions for a smarter, sustainable future!
