Delivered end-to-end data engineering solutions for a leading insurance client by designing and implementing scalable pipelines on Azure Data Factory, Azure Databricks, and Apache Airflow. Integrated on-premises (MySQL, Cassandra) and cloud (Azure SQL DB, Blob Storage) data sources into Azure Synapse Analytics, enabling seamless processing of policy, claims, and customer data. Built PySpark and Apache Spark pipelines for data validation, reconciliation, and cleansing, while architecting Azure Data Lake solutions to support enterprise-wide actuarial and risk analytics. These efforts significantly improved data accuracy, pipeline performance, and analytics capabilities for underwriting, claims, and risk assessment.
