My career philosophy is to grow through an experience that is varied and challenging. I have 16 plus years of experience as HR Business partner, working in global and diverse environments, with organizations in Product development, IT, Gaming and Financial shared services sectors. Impact and people are my inspiration.I create value to organizations by driving the people agenda with business leaders. My role is primarily partnering with senior business leaders to influence alignment of people initiatives with business objectives, providing necessary people related analytics and inputs, building organizational development ideas and interventions, implementing and managing roll out of all key people processes and ensuring compliance to organization policies and and fostering an inclusive environment of performance.Key skills include Stakeholder management, problem solving, analytical and execution skills, along with domain expertise and empathy. Thrive working in multi-site, complex work environments of multi-geography with virtual and remote decision makers.Outside of work, I indulge in gardening, painting and yoga. Also have a minor Sudoku addiction.
