From my early days I used to wonder how the recruitments takes place what should be the X-Factor in you so that you will be hired after observing talents day to day I realised it is nothing but the courage you show while you present yourself in front of any interviewer with this thought I slowly developed my love for human and also their welfare and also to improve organisations culture and employee experience which drive me to my journey of an full time career in Human Resource.I want to listen to any problems of my employees and take steps to help him out from that and also solve challenging problems in a creative way and boost the employees with motivation to get their full energy into the development of the organisation. Currently I am have completed my studies from Techno India University where I pursued my Master’s in Business Administration (Human Resources)I wish to thrive in an environment where employee’s success,achievement, agility and sincerity are highly valued. I wish to become as an HR professional on a leading organisation where my motto is to bring prosperity and happiness to the jobseekers as well as the employers and also benefit the organisation.
