My first manager told me - you don\'t have to be serious, but you should always be sincere. I think that accidentally became my work philosophy. I didn’t plan to become the person people call with a \'we needed this position closed yesterday\'. But somewhere between closing dozens of Voice‑Process roles PAN India and running skip levels that turned almost into therapy sessions, I found my lane. Today, I work as a Lead Recruiter & HRBP, balancing two worlds most people keep separate: hiring at speed and people strategy with depth. Some days, I am closing high-volume roles across India. Other days, I sit with teams tracking attrition, planning manpower, fixing wage bill puzzles, and nudging culture in the right direction through townhalls, skip levels, and honest conversations.I love the mix.It keeps me close to the business, close to people, and close to the real problems.If you ever want to talk about people, processes, culture, or send each other memes during long workdays - I’m absolutely your person.
