She’s known for leading through narrative, influencing without authority, and constantly seeking meaningful challenges, inspiring stories, and impactful collaborations.Beyond work, Deepshikha is passionate about archiving Indian folklore — a community initiative she built from the ground up. She enjoys reading, playing tennis, and performing spoken word poetry, and also holds a Diploma in Fine Arts.
