Speech Analytics - Work with business and Intact Datalab to incoporate Speech Analytics use cases within Claims to prevent leakage/fraud, improve efficiency in claims processes and analyse script compliance. Cyber Security project - Lead Business analyst for implementing SSO (Single Sign on) and integrating Identity Management (IAM) for all third-party claims applications in Agile mode for Governance of Identity and Access Management - Working with Security, AD Azure architects and solution architects to implement IT solutions to ensure enhanced access management controls in claims applications 3. Migration/Upgrades - Handled and coordinated claims system migrations/upgrades, end to end. Production Support- Handling second level production support for all the claims systems to ensure best customer journey - Support the implementation of functional changes resulting from production support issues, through all phases of the resolution lifecycle - Root cause analysis and chalking out mitigation plans - Facilitate change management activities for the successful implementation of the new applications introduced or existing ones upgraded - Work with SME`s across Canada to analyze customer needs and manage expectations
