Led several sales proposals in response to client issues and asks for IAM assessments, implementations and operational support capabilities Delivery and teams:* Deployed a $300K SWAT team to help the client meet a challenging 3-month board commitment that enforced SOX compliance for all its applications and infrastructure. Led the global delivery team, and was the key interface with Audit, Risk and Compliance, and Application teams. Grew the business to over $15MM in sales in the following year * Executed a substantial divestiture of a large Media/Entertainment conglomerate. The $6MM, 14-month project included leading 30+ member client workshops, developing the IAM roadmap, defining and standing up the new enterprise IAM architecture, supporting Workday split and setting up of Identity Governance and Administration (IGA) platform. Defined the MSFT architecture and setup of application migration framework from on-prem to cloud, SSO and MFA, and Privileged Access Management tools. Spearheaded the 25+ team of resources across 6 workstreams and 3 countries * Pitched and won a 20-Million-dollar, 3-year effort to define and implement an IAM program at a large US-based insurance company. Set up an onboarding factory for 500 applications across APAC, EMIA, Americas and LATAM regions. Enabled automated access requests and approvals, access reviews and provisioning capabilities. Enabled a 30+ team of business analyst and development teams to achieve success on EY’s first IAM project of this scale. Working with GRC and Auditors to define, set up and validate the campaigns to maintain completeness and accuracy
